Our mission is to share our passion for fine wine and excellent food in a relaxed, and inviting atmosphere. To create a meeting place where everyone feels welcome and leaves feeling satisfied! To provide a wonderful experience by offering a generous selection of wines, a full bar, superior cuisine, and friendly, attentive service. We hope to tailor our menu to our patrons, offering the freshest, seasonal ingredients, and superior quality of products from local sources.

Committed To Fresh Ingredients

In a food culture where “Farm to Fork’ is an exhausted concept, it’s hard to know how connected we really are to our food. The Owners themselves take the 3 hour drive to Slope Farms in the hills of the Western Catskills to pick up freshly deboned beef from Grass-Fed cows to bring back to each of the restaurants to be hand butchered and used for our burgers, steaks, and pasta dishes. We have a local mushroom purveyor in Newtown, CT who helps us to hand select mushrooms from his latest foraging bounty. When in season, we peruse the local farmers markets for inspiration. We work with wineries to provide seasonal pairings to partner with the changing food on our menu. At all of our Harvest Wine Bar Restaurants we are at our core concept committed to create the future of farm to fork where our food speaks for itself.
